Speedy Ventilation’s High Efficiency Canopy has been engineered as an alternative solution to the Standard Canopy. 

The result of using a High Efficiency canopy is that the airflow is reduced by up to 35%. This leads to a reduction in the size of the mechanical system required, including a smaller fan and ductwork which in turn leads to reduced running and operation costs.

Our High Efficiency canopies use Direct Air Injection to assist with the airflow. The canopy is manufactured with a series of horizontal slots internally along the length of the canopy which provide a balanced stream of air throughout the canopy. This assists by forcing the unwanted air particles produced by the cooking process directly towards our specialised stainless steel Optimum Capture Cyclonic Filters where they are captured and removed from the air.
